Sky Ferreira is seemingly continuing her rise in the world of acting, joining the cast for forthcoming film 'Elvis & Nixon'.
Featuring an all star cast including Kevin Spacey and Michael Shannon, the film reportedly tells the infamous story of the American President's meeting with Presley in 1970, with Ferreira set to play the love interest of a character played by Alex Pettyfer.
This isn't the first step into acting from the 'Everything Is Embarrassing' singer, with Ferreira appearing in various films and shows in the past, famously including The Wrong Ferrari, a feature film written and directed by musician Adam Green.
Ferreira announced her involvement in 'Elvis & Nixon' through a post on instagram, stating she was "Feeling #BLESSED to be apart of this."

Ferreira is currently working on her second full length album, which will reportedly be released at some point later this year, with snippets of new material intermittently appearing online over the last few months.
