Whilst phrases like "their only festival appearance of the century" are popular attempts by most festivals to garner attention, there are some bands to which no one could attach this heading. Because they're playing every festival that exists. Acts like Queens of the Stone Age, Bastille and Foals have announced so many festivals already, we can only assume they set up an answerphone message saying "If you are calling with a festival request, the answer is yes."
So here's our ranked list of the most booked acts of this festival season so far. We won't be giving out prizes - performing to hundreds upon thousands of drunken, unwashed festival-goers should be its own reward.
