Premiere: rising indie stars premiere dark and noisy video

On the cusp of indie greatness, Filthy Boy have today premiered the lyric video for their awesome new single 'In The Name Of' exclusively on Gigwise. Check it out below.

Lyric videos are, by and large, a bit rubbish, but the London band have delivered something a little special in their dark, eerie new clip, which features their lyrics smeared in bloody writing in a blackened room. All very gothic indeed.

The song is a slice of attitude-packed British indie that sets the four-piece further on their way to stardom with a glorious mix of squealing guitar riffs, offbeat hooks and chanted melodies. 'In The Name Of' is equally unsettingly and unquestionably brilliant. Check out the lyric video below.

Following previous support slots with King Krule, Palma Violets, Charlie Boyer & The Voyeurs and TOY, Filthy Boy will perform six headline shows in January and February of 2014. Tickets for the shows are on sale now. Dates are below.
