Muse have unveiled the brand new video for their latest single 'Dead Inside'. Check it out below

The band had already shared pictures from behind the scenes of the shoot showing them performing in a dusty warehouse with blacked out pupils as dancers moved along gracefully with the track's epic drum beat. It's a fittingly emotive video as band and actors tear through the turmoil of the track as drones watch one.

Last month, Bellamy revealed that the theme of the track was inspired by his split from actress Kate Hudson. The pair began a relationship in 2010, before having son Bingham Hawn Bellamy in July 2011. They were engaged, but confirmed their separation in December of last year. Speaking to People Magazine in December, a representative for the actress stated: "Kate and Matt have been separated for some time now. Despite this, they remain very close friends and committed co-parents."

Bellamy revealed that the lead single 'Dead Inside' was inspired by "a relationship ending and a person becoming dead inside themselves".

Bellamy concluded: "I went very internal, very into my paranoias, weird feelings and life experiences. It’s quite personal. There isn't a lot of love on this album."
