The US city of Baltimore has declared a state of emergency, after protests erupted over the death of a black man, Freddie Gray, who was injured in police custody.
Gray's death is just the most recent incident of police brutality against unarmed black people, and has sparked city-wide protests and rioting, some of which has turned violent.
In response to the ongoing events, many musicians have taken to Twitter and Instagram to voice their take.
Notice how the thousands of Baltimore peaceful protesters were virtually ignored but the rioters get all the media love. Stay tuned.

Others, like Lorde and Grimes, chose instead of tweeting themselves, to share the voices of others.
A week-long curfew has been announced in Baltimore, with as many as 5,000 National Guard troops prepared to be employed.
