Robyn has revealed a new single, 'Love Is Free', as part of new collaborative project La Bagatelle Magique. Listen to it below.

Following on from the great success of her collaborative album with Royksopp, Do It Again, Robyn's now joined forces with her touring keyboardist Markus Jagerstedt and producer Christian Falk - though Falk's contributions, sadly, are posthumous - he died last year aged just 52.

Speaking of continuing the project after Falk's death to Annie Mac, who premiered the song on her Radio One show last night (18 June), Robyn said, "It was definitely very difficult, and something that I've never done before and hope never to do again, but at the same time something that helped me process that he was gone. He was still there like ghosts in the machine, with all the programming that we had to deal with, the way he produced his tracks and handled everything, we had his computer - so he was very much there."

The song, which is drenched in deep club beats and house samples, sees Robyn eschew singing in favour of a hypnotically measured rapping style.

La Bagatelle Magique (which means The Magic Trifle in French) are set to release a six-song mini album "really soon."
