The video sees the indie-folk band traipse across littered and untended beach front, gaining comrades as they go as they search for clearer, sandier pastures.
'Gibraltar' is directed by Brother Willis who also worked on the video for Beirut's 'No No No'. This latest video follows the band, Wes Anderson style with distinct motile shots and environmental pans that accentuate an overbearing heat. We have no idea if this was filmed or set in Gibraltar but it wouldn't be a bad guess.
The uplifting piano acts as leitmotif under Zach Cordan's melancholic vocals which gives an even twee-er packaging to a video that has the most surprisingly commentative ending of 2015.

No No No is out September 11 via 4AD and will be the band's first record since 2011's Riptide. The album will centre around songwriter Cordan's divorce and proceeding breakdowns.
