Former X Factor winner Steve Brookstein has been spending his day insulting women who've had abortions, people with mental health issues, trans people and gay people. A big pat on the back to you Steve.
Brookstein objected to the trending hashtag #ShoutYourAbortion, which aimed to reverse the narrative of shame and silence over abortions after a bill to defund Planned Parenthood for one year passed in the senate this month.
He called the hashtag "repugnant", and wrote, "Notice men are not even considered. Because men don't matter."
During more interactions than we can keep up with (there will have been at least 25 more in the time it took you to read this sentence) Brookstein also referred to several women who objected to his stance as "love", mocked mental health issues, and insulted trans people for no clear reason.
@custardgannet don't be a cock. "Shout your abortion" a hashtag supported by weak men and crazy women. Totally bonkers.

#ShoutYourAbortion don't forget trangenders. They can also be idiots.

@custardgannet yes live with the shame. Most abortions are down to irresponsible shagging. Nothing to be proud about.

I aborted my pop career as I was trapped in abusive recorded deal. My shame stops today. #ShoutYourAbortion

@mockingbird2014 @coletteorama and don't tell me what I should and should not do. I'm not an unborn baby you can just stick in a bin!

@becthulhu yeah love haven't you got some abortion to boast about? Maybe we can put them in a jar. #MountYourAbortion

Damn right, abortion parties. Celebrate your life! https://t.co/SMuyDBOC2a

@spagettparty no. I think an abortion is a shame a man feels too. A shame that you live with. I would rather people used protection.

You can't have a go at me. I'm mental according to The Guardian. I have mental health issues. Be nice. :0)
— Steve Brookstein (@stevebrookstein) September 22, 2015
I don't think I come across enough radical feminists with mental health issues. I really don't.

@HalfBloodLordd are you gay?
— Steve Brookstein (@stevebrookstein) September 21, 2015
Steve Brookstein had an album and a book out at some point, which he's so desparate for you to know about. Don't buy them.
