Josh Homme and his wife and punk icon Brody Dalle have announced the birth of their third child together - while Eagles Of Death Metal celebrated their return to Paris.
The Distillers turned solo sensation and the Queens Of The Stone Age frontman this week welcome to the world the awesomely named Wolf Dillon Reece Homme. However, Homme was performing in Paris with Eagles Of Death Metal - their first gig in the French capital after ISIS attacked their gig in November and killed 89 music fans.
Dalle took to Instagram to share the news with a photo of her newborn, writing: " Wolf Dillon Reece Homme born 2/13/16 8lbs 3 ounces 21 and 1/2 inches. Sending our love to Paris , my man and EODM."
Dalle and Homme were married in 2007 and have two other children, Camille Harley Joan Homme and Orrin Ryder Homme. Dalle famously wrote the lead single 'Meet The Foetus' from her stellar solo album, Diploid Love, about a past pregnancy.
"It's just about having anxiety about bringing a kid into the world. With the current events there's been a lot of really intense crazy upheaval you know?" she told Gigwise. "Like the Arab Spring, just a lot of big changes going on in the world right now".
Meanwhile, Josh Homme is gearing up to release a collaborative album with Iggy Pop - as Post Pop Depression is set to drop n 18 March.
