Bruce Springsteen pulled a 91-year-old woman out of the crowd at his Minnesota gig last night (1 March) to dance with her. Watch the video below.
Springsteen, who himself is a sprightly 66, was performing with the E Street Band at St. Paul, Minnesota yesterday when he spotted Jeannie Heintz in the crowd. He proceeded to bring her onto the stage and dance with her, before kissing her on the cheek and hugging her.
As it turns out, this isn't the first time Heintz has been on stage with the Boss. Back in 2009, when she was just 84, he invited her up on-stage during a gig in Des Moines. Perhaps he recognised her.
Meanwhile, as well as releasing his fortchoming autobiography, Born To Run, Springsteen will be visiting the UK and Ireland this summer for a run of arena shows.
