Morrissey has spoken out again to dismiss any possible chances of The Smiths reuniting to tour. 

There has been talk of 'The Queen Is Dead' indie heroes returning ever since their acrimonious split back in 1987 - from George Michael saying they're coming back, to excitement tenuously gathering around their official Twitter account

Now, it simply seems that the time has passed...

“It’s no longer a question of time or wounds,” he told News.com.au about mending bridges with Marr, “but simply that the issue is now so remote that the question doesn’t make sense any more.”
