The second headliner confirmed for British Summer Time 2020 is Pearl Jam. Pixies and White Reaper will support the rock titans in what will be a massive outdoor gig to mark thirty years of the American band.

News came this morning following last week's announcement that the world's best-selling girl band Little Mix will headline Saturday's proceedings. The new booking proves once again the big-hitting and genre-diverse force of the BST team.

Pixies and White Reaper have so far been confirmed as support acts with more yet to be announced.

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Pearl Jam formed in 1990 in Seattle, and their BST gig on Friday 10 July 2020 will mark thirty years of live shows. Their first was in their hometown's venue Off Ramp and in the years since, the band have built up a formidable live reputation. Pearl Jam played two huge gigs at London's The O2 last year, and their performance next summer will prove an enormous return.

Eddie Vedder supported The Who at their Wembley show this summer, and joined the British band on stage for a new song. Pearl Jam were Record Store Day Ambassadors this year.

Pearl Jam will play BST at Hyde Park, London on Friday 10 July 2020. Little Mix will headline Saturday 11 July. General sale tickets will launch at 10am on Saturday 7 December 2019 here
