A soup of influence for a true genre rebel

Glitch-metal internet sensation Poppy has shared another intense video ahead of the release of her album I Disagree. It's a soup of influence to complement the pop/metal/electronic smorgasbord of genre in 'Fill The Crown'.

The new video is a silver-wrapped retrofuturistic extravaganza with influences drawn from Barbarella, Game of Thrones and arthouse cinema. It sees Poppy alternately finding herself in a vintage space pod underground and trekking through the brush with a horse and a white-faced spectre. See it:

The tune is one of Poppy's most mainstream to date with that sugar-coated chart pop chorus, but it still spasms with death metal growls and electronic glitches in the way that has made Poppy so unpredictably predictable.

Poppy will play an I Disagree tour, which will visit the UK and EU in March.
