As the coronavirus pandemic ploughs on, financial damage continues to disproportionately affect independent grassroots music venues. In an effort to bolster the Music Venues Trust campaign Save Our Venues, CloseUp and a gaggle of indie's best are clubbing together to present the What's Going On? compilation.

On sale today (25 June), What's Going On? will feature unreleased demos, live versons and B-sides from the following artists: PEACE, FLYTE, whenyoung, Little Comets, Sad Boys Club, Abbie Ozard, Gengahr, The Night Café, JAWS, Connie Constance, Marsicans and Jerry Williams. Plus, there's a secret artist heading onto the track list too.

90% of the proceeds from the sale of the record, which is being pressed by Flying Vinyl/Blood Records, will go to the Save Our Venues campaign and 10% will aid L;FE, a mental health charity supporting BAME individuals aligned to the music industry.
