Nature TV have today (9 September) shared the second taste of their upcoming EP. ‘The Whole World Drifts Away’ is a whimsical ballad with a soulful indie-pop feel. The woozy and wonderful track is lifted from their second EP Lady Luck, due for release via Heist or Hit on 18 September.

Speaking about the track, frontman Guy Bangham states: “‘The Whole World Drifts Away’ is all about going over different life choices in your head at night and hoping you’ve made the right decisions or trusted the right people. Sometimes it’s hard to not doubt stuff, especially when you’re trying to get to sleep, but your mind keeps overthinking different routes you could have taken. But you know, we got a song out of it so it’s not all bad...right?” Listen below:
About Nature TV’s previous track, ‘Only One’, we said: “Languid and smoky, 'Only One' is a real winter daydream that sounds like a steamed-up bus window and smells like wet pavements and bonfire. It's a dream indie pop ballad with a beautiful vocal turn and meaningful instrumentals made for pretending you're in a music video”.
