More about:

The Wirral's favourite sons The Coral share a cut from their forthcoming studio album Coral Island - their tenth - today. 'Faceless Angel' is the lead single from the forthcoming double album.

'Faceless Angel' is all driving bass and drum ovelaid with a haunting melody - a sense memory of Lonnie Donnegan and the Clash. The video, directed by artist Edwin Burdis conjours a dark, surreal fairground hovering at the edge of conciousness.

Coral Island is the five piece's first double album and was recorded at Parr Street Studios in Liverpool. It will drop on on April 30.
