Tigercub have announced details of their hotly anticipated second album. As Blue As Indigo is set for release on 18 June via Blame Recordings. 

 

The news comes in conjunction with the release of the album's second single, 'Stop Beating On My Heart (Like A Bass Drum)', which is a scintillating display of rock textures and shifting moods.

 

Frontman Jamie Stephen Hall describes the song as being about "people in life that seem to bring a cloud of toxicity and conflict along with them wherever they go".

Hall self-produced the album alongside Adrian Bushby, and wrote it ruminating on the notion of colour theory, leading to an album that is an explosive and introspective return from the Brighton trio. As Blue As Indigo is available to pre-order now, and singles 'Stop Beating On My Heart (Like A Bass Drum)' and 'Beauty' are on all streaming services.
