More about:

Wakefield's festival Long Division has shared news of their resurrection event: a delayed tenth anniversary celebration to take place this September. As promised, organisers have brought back as much of last year's cancelled line-up as possible.

As such, The Lovely Eggs, The Futureheads, Brix & The Extricated and the Mercury-nominated Lanterns on the Lake will all perform this September in Wakefield. They'll be joined by Beans on Toast, Big Joanie and Hands Off Gretel plus lots more.

Long Division continues its philanthropic spirit by securing funding for arts and music in the city. They've also introduced a free-to-hire City PA system for Wakefield arts events.

“It's such a strange mix of emotions to 'be back' with another lineup announcement. It honestly felt like the early days again, where it was exciting just to design a poster and see those names laid out, ready to share with the world" founder Dean Freedman said.

Long Division Festival will take place 25 Sept
