King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have shared some details about their second studio album of 2021, called Butterfly 3000, which arrives 11 June on the KGLW label.

The twist? They won’t be releasing any advance singles or album artwork until release day.
We do know a few things, though. Butterfly 3000 will be a collection of 10 songs that all started out as arpeggiated synth loops that the band later made into dream-pop songs. Hailed as an ‘accessible and jubilant’ album, we aren’t likely to find out any more details until 11 June. Until then…
