VALERAS join the cavalcade of bands who have written songs named after women today. They contribute 'Rita', a pop-punk thrash with tones of Paramore - it's their first release in a year.

Rose Yagmur's vocals certainly share some similarities with Riot! era Hayley Williams on this single, which thrashes along in a neatly-produced line of drums and guitars. A sugar high for sure, but one that shows genuine songwriting talent:

“’Rita’ is a reflection of an experience a lot of people including us have gone through. It is a story about a hard-working woman named Rita who defies the negative surroundings that try to stop her from doing what she is truly passionate about" the band offered.
