London-based PSYKHI has released his new single 'See Me Clearly', accompanied by a video that sees him hide behind clown-like face paint as he lays his vulnerabilities bare.

It is the third and lead track from his forthcoming debut EP, showing the artist’s anguish as he channels his inner twisted circus.

The 21-year-old said the new track explores his “vulnerabilities and the importance of self love”. The song marks a change from Rat Poison, released in June, which describes an encounter between a murderer and a witness to their crime.

Often tinted with a dark theme, PSYKHI’s lyrics are combined with visuals that often come straight out of the Ghanaian-born artist’s mind. His debut single, White Picket Fence, earned him praise and situated him in the capital’s grunge scene.
