More about: Camp Cope
Aussie outfit Camp Cope have announced their third album Running with the Hurricane. It'll drop in March a full four years following their excellent How To Socialise & Make Friends.
'Running With The Hurricane' is a soaring indie-rock song with the energy of a windows-down country hit. It follows 'Blue', which will also appear on the album.
The title of the album and its title track is a reference to a Redgum song of the same name—Camp Cope's Maq's late father was in the band.
“The first record was us diving into whatever Camp Cope created, the second album was us when we were in the thick of it, and then this album is about how we’ve come out the other side," Maq said of the record as a whole.
