We love a shoot in an empty pool and L'objectif have given us a stonking one in the form of the video for their new single 'Same Thing'. Out on Chess Club as a follow-up to last year's Have It Your Way EP, it's a fresh direction for the quartet.

Funk-inspired rhythms and squiggly, fun-fair licks make this a faintly dark ride:

“The song itself is quite simplistic - I wanted to write something people can sing and dance to. The lyrics aren’t too complex either, but the subject matter can go as deep as you want it" frontman Saul Kane said.
