They've re-envisioned the 2004 garage hit 'bbycakes'
Mathematically, Mura Masa + PinkPantheress x (Lil Uzi Vert + Shygirl) x 'bbycakes' = Banger. The electronic A Team last night delivered their re-envisioning of the iconic 2004 3 of a Kind hit.

A mash-up of the garage smash hit and Lil Uzi Vert's verses, this 'bbycakes' is a hyper-pop/rap update for the TikTok generation.
The song will feature on Mura Masa's forthcoming third album.
It comes on the heels of Rina Sawayama and Charli XCX's remake of September's 'Cry For You'—another hit from the same era: that one came out in 2005. Their version 'Beg For You' utilises the same melody and hook.
