The secret love child of Gavin Rossdale from Bush and Pearl Lowe, Daisy Lowe has slammed the media’s obsession with her and her mother.

The revelation by a British newspaper that Rossdale was Daisy’s father caused a bit of a kerffufle in the Rossdale/Stefani camp.

Since then rumours of wife swapping sessions between Pearl Lowe, her Supergrass boyfriend and Sadie Frost and Jude Law had fuelled media interest in the whole affair.

The 16-year old has told BreakingNews that she no longer reads newspapers, well she is a model: "A lot of the stuff that gets written is just complete, mindless bullshit. If something bad is said about any of the people around me, then we all have a conversation about it.

"Most of the time it doesn't have an effect on my life. It's annoying when teachers say they've read things about me, and my head of year takes me aside and asks if I'm all right.

"But you've got to deal with it. There's no point going to cry in the toilet."
