The Michael Jackson costume Eminem wore in the controversial video to his 2004 single 'Just Lose It' is to go under the hammer.

The costume, which includes red sequin jacket and black trousers, is expected to raise $6,000.

Eminem's appearance as Jackson in the video came shortly after the singer was accused of child molestation. He was later acquitted.

The costume forms part of an extensive sale of rock and pop memorabilia by online auction house Gotta Have It!.

As previously reported on Gigwise, Jimi Hendrix's first recording contract and erotic audio tapes recorded by Madonna in the early 90s are also included in the sale.

Elvis, John Lennon and Bob Dylan memorabilia will also feature in the auction.

You can see an exclusive look at the items on Gigwise below.
