Download Festival To Announce More Acts Tonight (April 21)

Download Festival are ready to unveil a fresh batch of acts for this summer's bill early this evening (April 21).

Organisers were originally planning to leak the remaining acts on the line-up but have today decided to make an official announcement.

Download Festival booker Andy Copping wrote on Twitter: “There will be additional new bands added on the Download website line-up page at around 5pm tonight...fill your boots!”

Taking place at its spiritual home of Donington Park, Leicestershire on the weekend of June 11th to the 13th 2010, Download Festival is headlined by AC/DC, Rage Against The Machine and Aerosmith.

Other acts playing include Slash, Them Crooked Vultures, Deftones, Megadeth, Lamb Of God, Motorhead, Billy Idol, Stone Temple Pilots and HIM.
