At the White House...
Sir Paul McCartney is set to perform at the White House for President Barack Obama.
The former Beatle will play a short set after he is presented with the third annual Gershwin Prize for Popular Song.
The previous recipients of the prize, which is awarded by the Library of Congress, were Paul Simon and Stevie Wonder.
The soul legend is also due to perform at the concert on Tuesday (June 2), which will be broadcast on US TV on July 28.
Foo Fighters Dave Grohl, Jack White and Elvis Costello are also set to appear.
