Tom Meighan: 'I Want To Be Reincarnated As Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin'

Kasabian frontman Tom Meighan has claimed he would like to be reincarnated as Steve Irwin.

The singer said he was a big fan of the late wildlife presenter, who died in 2006.

Irwin, who was more widely known as the Crocodile Hunter, was killed when his heart pierced by the poisonous spine of a stingray.

Meighan told The Sun: "Steve was great and I've missed him since he went.

"I went to his zoo in Australia. It was wicked. I could work in a place like that with animals. I'd come back as him in the next life."

As previously reported on Gigwise, Kasabian are set to play two intimate UK gigs next month ahead of their headlining appearance at the V Festival.
