Director Terry Gilliam will direct the live webcast of Arcade Fire's upcoming concert at Madison Square Garden in New York.
The gig, on August 5, is set to be broadcast on YouTube as part of a new concert series dubbed Unstaged.
Fans will be able to watch live as the Montreal-based band play songs from their forthcoming album 'The Suburbs' on August 5.
Gilliam has previously directed 12 Monkeys and most recently The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus, the Associated Press reports.
Arcade Fire are also due to perform at Madison Square Garden on August 4. 'The Suburbs' is released on August 2.
The band previewed the album at a one-off show in London earlier this month.
