Take That Fans Warned Over Fake Ticket Websites

Take That fans have been told to be careful when buying tickets for the band’s reunion tour with Robbie Williams.

It follows complaints about a number of fake websites which claim to have tickets for the 14-date jaunt next summer.

Detective Inspector Sean Crotty, of the Met's Economic and Specialist Crime Command, told the Telegraph that fans who used bogus sites risked “losing money, having their credit cards details compromised and ultimately losing out on the opportunity to see the band”.

Take That are due to play venues including London’s Wembley Stadium and Stadium of Light in Sunderland on the tour.

Tickets have gone on sale this morning (October 29). Prices start at £55 and range up to £85 (£90 Wembley Stadium).
