Fans of the Beatles will be celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the band's first appearance at the Cavern Club tonight.
Liverpool's Cavern club first saw the fab four take to the stage on 9 February 1961, 50 years ago today.
Fans are now planning to mark the occasion with a number of planned events set to take place in the club's basement.
The original venue was knocked down in the 1970s to make way for a shopping centre but a replica club has been built near by.
Meanwhile, a woman from Canada has become the first person ever to graduate with a Master's degree in The Beatles.
