Elbow frontman Guy Garvey has said Beyonce will provide a “fantastic finish” to this year's Glastonbury festival.
The US singer is set to headline the final night of this year's festival, which runs from June 24-26.
Garvey told BBC Newsbeat that fans should trust organisers following their much talked about booking of Beyonce's husband Jay-Z in 2008.
"There was lots of controversy when Jay-Z was invited to play but what a hit that was," he said. "That was the fullest that the Pyramid Stage had ever seen that field.
"Let them choose what goes on. They've got more experience than anyone else on earth and it'll be fantastic like it always is.”
Earlier this week, organiser Emily Eavis said she hoped Beyonce would make Glastonbury more diverse.
Meanwhile, Garvey also hinted that Elbow would be performing at the festival, which will also feature a headline performance from Coldplay.
