Ellie Goulding has spoken about performing at the wedding reception for Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The singer serenaded the couple at Buckingham Palace on Friday (April 29) following their wedding at Westminster Abbey.
Appearing on BBC programme The One Show, Goulding described the honour as a "very surreal, incredible experience".
“I'll never forget it. It was amazing,” she added.
Goulding, who said she couldn't remember how many songs she performed, revealed that she was introduced to Prince William and his new bride by Tinie Tempah at a festival last year.
"It was very bizarre but that's when I met them and then I found out a while ago that they wanted me to sing,” she said.
Goulding's peformance on Friday is believed to have included her cover of Elton John's 'Your Song'.
