The Kooks have announced details of their new album 'Junk Of The Heart'.
The band's third album and follow-up to 2008's 'Konk' will be released on September 12 in the UK and September 13 in the US.
It was recorded in London and New York with producer Tony Hoffer, whose previous credits include Beck and Air.
'Junk Of The Heart' is The Kooks first album with bassist Pete Denton, who replaced founding member Max Rafferty.
The band previewed songs from the record at a one-off gig in London last week.
