Lady Gaga has directed her latest video Edge of Glory, it has been reported.

It was originally announced that Joseph Khan, who had previously made 'Love Game', would be working with Gaga on the video, but he has since stated that he did not end up making the promo.

Khan wrote on Twitter: "I did NOT direct Lady Gaga's "Edge of Glory" video. Lady Gaga did."

When fans asked what had occured, Gaga's creative director Laurieann Gibson tweeted: "sorry guys there was a slight turn of events on Set (sic)."

When another fan accused her of hiding the truth, Gibson turned angry, tweeting back: "listen u disrespectful f*ck they had an issue on set I don't lie!!!!!"

Gaga's label, Interscope, have confirmed that Gaga's creative collective The Haus of Gaga are credited as being the video's directors.

'The Edge of Glory' will premiere tonight at 8pm ET on Fox in the US.
