Justin Bieber: Kanye West Isn't Really An Asshole

Justin Bieber has insisted that Kanye West is not an “asshole”.

The teen star, who recently collaborated with the rapper on a remix of his hit 'Runaway Love', said he believed West was unfairly portrayed in the media.

"I got to be in the studio with him and work with him and see how he works and talk to him -- and talk to him as a friend, and not like someone [in] business," Bieber told XXL magazine.

"He's not really an asshole like everyone makes him out to be. I mean, he can, he can do bad things, but he's really generally a good guy."

He added: "He can make bad decisions, you know, as well as everyone can, but generally I think he is a good guy."

West famously came under fire in 2009 when he stormed the stage during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards.
