Madonna Denies Claiming Lady Gaga Is Obsessed With Her

Madonna has denied claiming that Lady Gaga was obsessed with her.

Belgian magazine Le Soir had reported that the singer made the comment during an interview at the Venice Film Festival, where Madonna is promoting her new film W.E..

Asked about her adoring fans, including Lady Gaga, Madonna reportedly replied: “As for Lady Gaga, I have no comment on her obsessions related to me, because I do not know if it is based on something profound or superficial.”

But Madonna's spokesperson Liz Rosenberg said the singer did not say anything about Lady Gaga.

“This is not true. Madonna did not say anything negative about Lady Gaga during her press conference,” she told the Daily Mail.

Madonna's W.E, which is her second film as a director, has attracted a mixed response from critics.
