Madonna has reportedly agreed to perform at next year's Super Bowl.
According to sports site SB Nation the singer has signed a deal to perform at Super Bowl XLVI during the half-time show.
A spokesman for the NFL has refused to comment on the report, whilst Madonna's representative told Entertainment Weekly that there is "nothing to confirm at this point".
The 2012 Super Bowl will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on February 5.
Madonna could follow in the footsteps of Black Eyed Peas, The Who, Rolling Stones and Prince, who have all performed at the spectacle.
Meanwhile, Madonna could be set to team up with Meat Loaf producer Jim Steinman on her new album.
