Radiohead Announce London Event To Showcase New Remix Album

Radiohead have announced details of a special event in London to celebrate the launch of their new remix album 'TKOL RMX 1234567'.

The band's frontman Thom Yorke will DJ along with the producers who have remixed tracks for the album at the invite-only event at Corsica Studios on October 11.

The entire night, which will also feature Jamie XX, Caribou, Lone and Illum Sphere, will be broadcast live on www.boilerroom.tv.

'TKOL RMX 1234567' features remixes of songs from Radiohead's latest studio album 'The King Of Limbs'.

Yorke said recently the band decided to release a remix album because they wanted to continue experimenting with original tracks.

“I was really curious to see how the people I was listening to so much would use what we gave them,” he said.

'TKOL RMX 1234567' is released on October 10.
