Florence And The Machine: I'd Like To Perform On X Factor

Florence and The Machine has revealed that she would like to perform on this series of the X Factor.

The band, who release new album 'Ceremonials' on October 31, have been rumoured to be appearing on The X-Factor next weekend.

In an interview with Digital Spy, she said: "I've only seen a couple of episodes this series but I'm really enjoying it. It would be a real experience to perform on that show.

"I'm one of those people that is up for most things. When I was offered to sing at the Oscars I was like, 'Yeah, I want to know what that's like!' I'm always curious to know what things are like - as long as you're not compromising who you are."

She added: "I'd definitely be keen to step into that world and explore it without getting too involved."
