The paternity suit against Justin Bieber has now been dropped, according to reports.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Mariah Yeater had claimed that the singer had fathered her three-month-old baby after a backstage romp.
The fan has now decided to dismiss the suit after Bieber's team threatened legal action.
According to TMZ, her lawyers Lance Rogers and Matt Pare quit the case after Justin's people announced they would counter sue.
Speaking to Star magazine, Bieber said: "All this stuff is dealt with by my legal team. But if they want me to then I will."
Meanwhile, Justin Bieber has confirmed that he has recorded a duet with Tinie Tempah.
The pair will perform on an ITV1 special in support of Biber's news album Under The Mistletoe, which was released earlier this month.
