Noel Gallagher has admitted that he'd rather work with Damon Albarn than Radiohead's Thom Yorke.
The former Oasis member and Blur frontman famously fell out at the height of their Britpop careers, when each of their band's singles 'Roll With It' and 'Country House' competed for the number one spot in 1995.
'If I was gonna make a record, it would be with Damon. For a start, he's as mad as a box of frogs. Number two, he'd get loads of hip-hop dudes working on it, which itself would be f***in mental. And number three? It would be a better record,'' Gallagher told NME.
Meanwhile, Noel Gallagher has revealed that he won't be releasing his new album till 2013.
The singer announced last year that he would release his second solo project with Amorphous Androgynous in 2012.
Gallagher has now admitted that he wants to build on the success of his debut Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds before he moves on to the next project.
