Blur Hyde Park Tickets On Sale Today (February 24)

Tickets for Blur's special one-off show in Hyde Park this summer to mark the end of the London Olympics, go on sale today (February 24) at 9am.

The band, who performed in Hyde Park back in 2009 for their reunion gigs - will also be joined by The Specials and New Order for the event on Sunday, August 12.

The band told fans over their Facebook: ''We're rowing in.. going for gold.. grabbing the baton.. for the high jump.. No, hang on, is that right? Fact is, Blur have accepted the invite to headline the Olympics' Closing Ceremony Celebration Concert in Hyde Park on 12th August.''

In order to purchase tickets fans have to pre-register for further ticket information here. Tickets go on sale today (February 24) at 9am.
