Chris Brown Could Face Jail Time After 'Robbing' Women's Phone

Chris Brown could face jail time after he allegedly stole a women's mobile phone.

The singer has been accused of theft and is currently under investigation by the Miami police.

The Guardian reports that 24-year-old Christal Spann took a picture of Brown as he was getting into a car outside a club in Miama.

Brown is then reported to have snatched the women's phone out of her hand, and said: Bitch you ain't going to put that on no website" before driving away.

As Brown did not serve jail time for his assault on former girlfriend Rihanna, he is currently serving a five year probation sentence.

If he is found to have stolen Spann's phone, in violation of his probation, he could face four years in prison.

Meanwhile, Rihanna and Chris Brown's recent collaboration 'Birthday Cake' has sparked concern amongst domestic violence experts.

Representatives for the pair have continued to deny any romance between them but domestic violence experts have warned Rihanna to be wary of her former boyfriend.
