US rapper Nicki Minaj has revealed her new single - a duet with controversial Grammy winner and Rihanna-beating R&B star, Chris Brown.

The duet, 'Right By My Side' sees Nicki swap the high-speed rhymes of her current 'Starships' single for a downtempo ballad, this time singing instead of rapping.

Nicki Minaj recently shot a video for her 'Starships' single in Hawaii - and was reportedly mistaken for a pile of rubbish on the beach by a local beach cleaner.

'Right By My side' will appear on Minaj's forthcoming album, 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded'.

The rapper recently announced three UK live shows. The star will perform two London shows at the Hammersmith Apollo on 24-25 June and another at Manchester's Apollo on 28 June, 2012.
