Katy Perry, Rihanna party hard at day two of Coachella 2012 - pics

More music stars and celebrities have been spotted enjoying day two of the 2012 Coachella Festival, from international popstars to wannabe dance divas and vampire actors.

The second day of the annual event welcomed the likes of Fergie from The Black Eyed Peas, Katy Perry and Rihanna to its guestlist - rubbing shoulders with the likes Paris Hilton and new BFF Afrojack, Twilight actor Kellan Lutz and 30 Second To Mars frontman, Jared Leto.

The stars mingled behind the scenes on the freshest cut grass known to any festival goer - American events are known for being notoriously different to their litter-strewn UK counterparts.

And as for the action on stage, headliners on day two included Bon Iver, David Guetta, The Shins, Noel Gallagher and Miike Snow. Further down the bill, Azealia Banks, Kaiser Chiefs, Laura Marling and Spector thrilled the audience - celebrities and civilian.
