Linkin Park have been announced as the second headliners of Download Festival 2014. They'll perform Hybrid Theory in full and be supported by 'special guests' Fall Out Boy.

Yesterday, it was announced that the opening Friday of the event would be topped by Avenged Sevenfold with support from metal icon Rob Zombie.

Now, it has been revealed that nu-metal heroes Linkin Park will be headlining the main stage on the Saturday night, performing their seminal debut album Hybrid Theory in full. The band last headlined the Donington rock bash back in 2011.

Fresh from playing at this weekend's Radio One Teen Awards, Fall Out Boy have been announced to play before them on the Saturday.

Dowload Festival are set to announce the third and final headliner at 8am tomorrow.
