Rock legend Roger Daltrey stunned a couple on their big day when he gatecrashed their ceremony and took to the stage.

The Who frontman was staying at the grand Mar Hall resort in Bishopton, ahead of his sold out 50th anniversary tour at Glasgow's SSE Hydro.

After hearing Susan and Carl Smith were tying the knot in his hotel, he decided to wish the happy couple well with a short speech. Soon after, the crowd did what any crowd would do and appropriately chanted for a song or two.

Jumping on stage and belting out the bands first hit 'I Can't Explain' alongside wedding band Milestone, guests were left in awe.

Watch The Who's Roger Daltrey gatecrash the wedding and sing with Milestone below:

The Who have revealed this tour will be the last ever large scale run of gigs.
