Rock In Rio have announced their 2015 line up and it includes Queens Of The Stone Age, Johnny Depp and System Of A Down - which is pretty amazing.

The wildly eclectic roster is completed by A-Ha (who are reforming for the festival and their first live performance in five years), Alice Cooper and Joe Perry’s new supergroup The Hollywood Vampires (which includes Johnny Depp). Katy Perry, Slipknot, and John Legend round off the bill.

Queens Of The Stone Age are rumoured to be working on new material, the follow-up to 2013's inspired comeback, Like Clockwork. The band said they were hoping to take much less time than that between 2007's Era Vulgaris and their last record, having started to debut new material last year

Rock In Rio 2015 takes place 18-20 & 24-27 September in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. The date tickets go on sale is yet to be confirmed.

This year also sees the first ever Rock In Rio in America, with the brand taking to Las Vegas with a huge line up that includes Metallica, Taylor Swift, Deftones, No Doubt, John Legend, Sam Smith, Empire of the Sun, and more.
